Welcome to our latest renovation in East Cobb. We began this East Cobb house flip in September, 2017 and completed it just shy of two months later near the end of October. Out of all of our houses we’ve done here at Nice Guys Buying Houses, we may be most proud of this one. It’s located on Revere Circle in Marietta, GA in some of the finest school systems in Atlanta.
Every house has a story, and this one is no different. We purchased the property from someone who no longer needed a large house. She was looking to downsize and move into something that was more updated. In fact, she purchased one of the other homes we recently renovated.
This home had been well maintained except all the cosmetics were original. And there was wallpaper, lots and lots of wallpaper. The painting bill on this one was pretty significant due to the amount of paper there was to remove from the walls.
